All public swimming pools managed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) are reopening today. Several venues, including bars and restaurants, were also reopening from Friday as the special administrative region relaxed coronavirus restrictions. However, bans on gatherings of more than four people and visiting some public beaches remain in place as health officials called for vigilance.
